Set sail on an endless adventure in Captain Runner, a fast-paced runner where quick reflexes and sharp decisions are the key to survival.

Dash forward through an ever-changing path, collecting coins while avoiding deadly threats lurking beneath the surface. But this is no ordinary run—arm yourself with a sword and fight back when danger gets too close. Timing your attacks can mean the difference between a high score and a watery grave.

Beware of the shark: an unpredictable enemy with two distinct behaviors. Sometimes it charges relentlessly, other times it waits… watching… forcing you to react in the moment. Stay alert—its next move could catch you off guard.

As your treasure grows, so does the challenge. The more coins you collect, the faster and more intense the game becomes, pushing your skills to the limit.

About the project

Captain Runner was developed as a hands-on exploration of the Godot Engine, with a focus on learning through creation and sharing the journey via streaming.

All visual assets are created by PixelFrog, whose distinctive pixel art style brings the world to life.
